In the world natural color diamonds the main factor is what is the actual color that the diamond has. The more intense the color the more rare it is.

The Clarity grades go as such Fl(Flawless), IF(Internally Flawless), VVS1-VVS2 (Very Very Slightly Included), VS1-VS2(Very Slightly Included), SI1 and SI2(Slightly Included) and I1,!2 and I3(Included). In determining a value of a color diamond the clarity of a diamond is important but it does\s not set the main portion of the price. The term "eye clean" means that no internal clarity characteristics are visible to the naked eye with out a 10x loop.

Cut is the element of this that can partially be controlled my mankind. Cut is the actual shape that the diamond was cut into. Just remember that only the round brilliant is considered a standard cut all other shapes are considered fancy shapes. Round diamonds tend to be more prized in the trade of color diamonds. It is the cut that most partners like the most. This can play an important part in rarer colors. 

Is referred to the actual weight of the diamond it self. This plays a huge factor in rare colors with a higher clarity. There are 100 points in a carat.
